My approach to health & wellness is simple.  Eat well, move often, take time to relax, and get good sleep. Choosing to work with me as your health coach is like taking a giant deep breath - no more obsessing over what to eat, when to eat it, and how you're going to burn it off.  I break it down, simplify everything and keep you accountable every step of the way. You'll also get hooked up with an amazing community of like-minded women and mamas who will keep you motivated and inspired.  We can't wait to welcome you!

 

I'm committed to redefining what healthy living means to women today. I help women ditch their diet drama, stop repeating the past and start creating a new healthy life.  If you're truly ready to quit holding out on yourself and start living your one precious life in a lighter, brighter and more energetic body, I will give you the tools to actually do it. 

 

 

JACCI HOTZEL HEALTH IS BUILT ON THESE CORE PRINCIPLES:

You, and only you, are responsible for who you become and how happy & healthy you are. 

1.

Anyone can change their health.  The easiest way to do that is to replace bad habits with good habits.  

3.

Food is fuel.  Food is medicine. How well you eat determines how well you feel. You can become healthy, fit, and happy without suffering, sacrifice, and struggle.

There is no perfect diet or only one right way of eating.  We each have individual nutrition needs and what works for one person may not work for another. 

7.

You are more than a meal plan.  You are worthy of love & happiness right now, just as you are and your value is not defined by your weight.

Negative self-talk and limiting beliefs are as toxic to your well-being as junk food. Mantras & positive affirmations are a game changer. 

4.

Exercise is a celebration of what your body can do, not a punishment for what you ate.

6.

Consistency is everything.  Small, continual steps in the right direction trump perfectionism every time.  Set-backs will always happen, what matters is getting back up.

I am proudly certified as an Integrative Health Coach by the Primal Health Coach Institute.  Integrative Health Coaching (IHC) is one of the most well-studied, scientifically validated methods of health coaching.  Like integrative medicine, IHC is a healthcare approach that places the client at the helm and works to align the physical, emotional, mental, social, spiritual, and environmental influences affecting a person's health.  The emphasis is on whole-person care, mindfulness, client-centeredness, and integrating healthy nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle habits.  For more about me, click here.
