My approach to health & wellness is simple. Eat well, move often, take time to relax, and get good sleep. Choosing to work with me as your health coach is like taking a giant deep breath - no more obsessing over what to eat, when to eat it, and how you're going to burn it off. I break it down, simplify everything and keep you accountable every step of the way.
