WHAT IS KETO KICKSTART?
Keto Kickstart is a 6-week group coaching program to transform your metabolism from one that burns primarily glucose (sugar) for energy to one that is constantly burning fat. Using the principles of the popular keto diet and a blend of Jacci's personal experience as well as the success of her clients, this program will have you saying goodbye to hunger, cravings, and the crazy mood swings caused by modern-day carbohydrate dependency and hello to delicious, satisfying food, mental clarity, and vibrant energy, all while losing weight! This is keto the healthy way!
HOW KETO WORKS
The ketogenic diet is a high-fat, moderate protein, very low-carb way of eating. By cutting out the majority of carbohydrates and sugar from your diet, your body becomes incredibly effective at burning fat for energy.
Besides weight loss, going keto for just six weeks can actually change your metabolism forever! Becoming fat and keto-adapted lowers overall insulin production, which is an important marker of health and longevity. You'll be losing weight without hunger, energy crashes or feeling deprived.
WHO IT'S FOR
Anyone who has already completed Jacci's 21 Day Switch online program, which is an important pre-requisite for Keto Kickstart. If you have not participated in the 21 Day Switch you may still do Keto Kickstart knowing that your transition into keto may be more difficult at first.
I DO KETO DIFFERENT.
You can technically call keto a diet, but I come at it from a slightly different angle. I see keto as a short-term tool that can be extremely easy and effective for weight loss when done the right way. The right way means eating plenty of low-carb vegetables, high-quality fats and protein, and the occasional keto-approved treat. After a fairly strict 28 days of eating less than 50 grams of net carbs daily, I will teach you how to begin to transition out of keto and find your personal carb sweet-spot you can sustain forever. Everyone is different - some may choose to stay in ketosis longer for continued weight loss and health benefits, and some will be ready to enter the maintenance phase. It's completely up to you and you'll have my support and guidance every step of the way!
i don't think i can do this
Yes, you can. But I get it - cutting out carbs sounds like torture at first. This isn't goodbye forever, just 6 weeks and I promise you will be eating so much delicious food you won't even miss them. Plus there are clean keto-approved treats and recipes for practically every craving!
what foods do i eat?
My version of keto is clean and wholesome. You eat lots of high-quality fats like avocado, olive oil, nuts and nut butter, fish and eggs. You also eat lots of veggies, and moderate amounts of high-quality protein (and dairy if tolerated.) Oh! And treats like dark chocolate and berries with whipped cream!
what do i have to cut out?
All grains, processed junk food, conventional baked goods, sugar, artificial sugar, and the inflammatory, refined seed oils such as canola, soy, corn, sunflower, safflower, and cottonseed.
what if i mess up?
You probably will - and it's fine! My approach isn't all or nothing and you can always get back on track. Although I do believe that the benefits of keto come from a strict 28-days of being fully in ketosis - we're all human! You will have my full support to get back on track if necessary!

YOU WILL LIKELY CONTINUE YOUR LOWER-CARB WAYS THOUGH AFTER REALIZING HOW AMAZING IT FEELS TO LIVE A LIFE WITHOUT CRAZY CRAVINGS AND SUGAR CRASHES! IN THE LAST TWO WEEKS OF THE PROGRAM I TEACH YOU HOW TO LIVE IN THE "KETO ZONE" WHERE YOU CAN EASY MOVE IN AND OUT OF KETOSIS WHENEVER YOU WANT.
